DJ SPOOKY	Taking his stage name, The Subliminal Kid, from a William S. Burroughs book, DJ Spooky is a trip-hop musician who grew up in the metro Washington DC area and began recording his first singles and EP's in the 1990's. Spooky has worked with members of
Medeski Martin & Wood, Slayer, Meat Beat Manifesto, Public Enemy and Living Colour, and is a professor of music mediated art in Switzerland. To date, Spooky's discography includes 10 albums, 6 singles and EP's, 19 compilations, 2 film scores and several remixes.
