LOS LOBOS	With a name that literally means The Wolves, Los Lobos are an American rock band influenced by rock and roll, Tex-Mex, country music, folk, R&B, blues, and traditional Spanish and Mexican music such as boleros and nortenos.
Los Lobos released their first independent LP in the late 1970's and an EP in 1983. However, it wasn't until 1984 that they released their first major-label album to critical acclaim. Before becoming a lead act at concert venues, Los Lobos opened for such acclaimed artists as Bob Dylan and Grateful Dead.
